AVOCADO CASTOR AND OLIVE NATURAL OIL BENEFITS FOR HAIR GROWTH

CASTOR OIL

Castor oil is derived from the nuts of Ricinus communis tree

Benefits of castor oil for hair growth

The regular use of castor oil is KNOWN to increase hair growth, reduce or prevent damage and breakage, treat dry hair condition and moisturize hair and scalp. This oil can be used to prevent hair frizz and/or split ends.

Other uses include treating skin problems, burns, sunburns, skin disorders, skin cuts, and abrasions.

How to use castor oil to prevent hair loss

Massage the oil into hair root and scalp.
Distribute the oil evenly on the scalp the thick consistency of CASTOR OIL makes it very penetrating and moisturizing to the hair.

The oil can be thinned out with other lighter hair oils. Combining a little castor oil with olive, coconut, almond or tea tree oil helps prevent hair breakage. The moisture benefits of these oils prevent the hair from becoming dry and brittle.

 AVOCADO OIL
Avocado oil is derived from avocado pulp
There are lots of nutrient contained in avocado oil that are beneficial for hair. This oil can do a lot of good to those suffering from dry hair and scalp. The oil contains vitamins A, vitamins B, Vitamin D and E, contains minerals such as calcium, copper and magnesium, and contains amino acids and proteins. All those aforementioned nutrients are extremely important for the health of the hair. It has a high penetrative ability due to its content of lecithin. It is also known as a natural sunscreen as it helps to protect the hair and scalp from the harmful effect of the UV rays of the sun. It can be combined with other essential oils such as rosemary oil for better effect.

EXTRA VIRGIN OLIVE OIL
olive oil is derived from olive fruits

Olive oil is known to be one of the best natural remedies for promoting the growth of healthy hair and skin and overall body health. This is because olive oil is rich in polyphenols which have anti bacterial and anti fungal properties.

Thus not only is olive oil good for hair growth but it is also used as an excellent conditioner that also aids in softening hair for better manageability.

WHY I USE THESE THREE OILS
I use these oils because of the numerous nutrients contained in them due to the fact that they are produced from natural organic fruits and nuts thus,
  • Castor oil is derived from a plant called  Ricinus communis
  • Avocado oil is derived from avocado fruit
  • Extra virgin olive oil is derived from Olive fruit
HOW I USE THESE OILS

I mix Jamaican black castor oil with extra virgin olive oil and pure organic avocado oil. These three in one combination produces the best result for me. It makes my hair extremely soft and smooth and it add extra shine and gloss to my hair. I apply this mixture on my hair daily with the use of spray bottle.
MY OVER ALL RESULT SO FAR
I must say the oil concoction has been the best for me, so far it has helped in the proper manageability of my hair in that the use of castor oil has helped thicken and darkened my hair, while the olive and avocado oil has helped in softening and smoothing my hair shaft and the end result is a head full of thick dark shiny healthy looking moisturized hair as evident bellow.

    1. yes @Daeja, these three oils contribute generously to hair growth in that avocado oil helps to smoothen the hair shaft while olive oil softens the hair and castor oil is best used for your scalp and not your hair because it coats the hair but helps to greas the scalp for balanced moisture
