THE IMPORTANCE AND BENEFITS OF USING FOOD ITEMS TO REMEDY NATURAL HAIR PROBLEMS

The most important vitamin for hair health is VITAMIN B, Regular intake of foods high in vitamin be  do not only help to increase hair growth rate but also help to boost overall health.
Food sources of vitamin B can be found naturally in animal products such as [ fish, poultry, diary, eggs and meat]. Also 100% original and undiluted Honey is a good source of vitamin B6 and certain amino acid

The B vitamins include thiamin, riboflavin, niacin, folate (also called folic acid), vitamin B6, vitamin B12, biotin and pantothenic acid. The B vitamins work collectively and individually in every cell to perform many different jobs, including helping the body release the energy it gets from carbohydrates, proteins and fats.

Some foods are especially good sources of just one B vitamin, while other foods contain several B vitamins. Luckily, B vitamins are widely distributed throughout the food supply, so if you're eating a varied, balanced diet that includes foods from all food groups, you’re most likely getting as many vitamins as you need.

However, topical application of B vitamins are great for healthy hair grooming  and Afrobynature Deep penetrating Conditioning Hair Treatment is packed with essential B vitamins which includes Bee product, diary product, Bananna fruit extract, coconut milk and plant protein with 100% pure natural organic oils to revitalize, strengthen and moisturize the hair. This miracle in a jar works to strengthen hair, make the hair more manageable to handle and less susceptible to breakage with a lot of shine and bounce. Its truly a wonder in a jar EXCELLENT VALUE FOR MONEY YET HIGHLY AFFORDABLE.

Its also good to alternate between store bought deep conditioner and home made deep conditioners. All you need are
  • 2-3 over ripe avocados equally known as pear in Nigeria
  • apply a few drops of pure unrefined honey [hint] unrefined honey has a very thick gluee consistency just like caramel [note too much of honey would lighten up your hair]
  • apply a cup of unsweetened yogurt or pure freshly made cow milk
  • apply 1-2 over ripe bananas [be careful with this because it can leave  white particles all over the hair if not well blended]

  • Blend it up.
  • make sure you blend it until it forms a soft creamy consistency like the image belowImage result for blended avocado imageImage result for blended avocado image
  • after blending pour in a bowl
  • then section your hair in to four and apply it on your hair
  • after applying the mask your hair should look like this with the curls popping
  • then cover up the hair for 30 minutes for the treatment to penetrate the whole hair
  • after 30 minutes rinse off thoroughly make sure there are no residue left behind
  • after washing off the treatment your hair curls or coils should pop like this
  • Then apply your favorite leave in conditioner.
A leave in conditioner works to keep the hair in a good condition by leaving it hydrated all day long and that is what
Afrobynature Hydrating leaving conditioner does, it leaves the hair hydrated all day long. No drying or stiffness in hair, suppleness all the way plus an added advantage of darkening the hair,  with a lot of shine and bounce, trust me when i say you will  totally fall in-love with it.

NOTE; if you want to retain coils and curl make sure you do not rub the hair while washing off the home made mask, just flush the hair with water and do not rub. but if coils is not your priority then you can go ahead and wash off thoroughly while running your fingers through your hair.
  • after completing the steps aforementioned you can now style your hair to what ever form you wish, below are a few pictures of the usual styles i do make immediately after a deep conditioning treatment
